Located in San Rafael, CA our team is seeking a customer-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join us in providing great customer service and administrative support! WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?   • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • 2+ years of experience in related industry, dispatch, and/or coordination
  • Service Titan experience
  • Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Geographical knowledge of the service area and/or map reading skills
  • Advanced communication and customer service skills
  • Sufficient auditory functioning and visual acuity to operate computer-aided call management hardware, software, and communications equipment
  • Work assignments may be performed with or without reasonable accommodation for a known disability
  • Ability to operate a personal computer and related equipment
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
