Servco Toyota Windward is looking for a part time/weekend Customer Relations Associate to greet walk-in customers and make them feel comfortable by creating a warm and friendly environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greets and assists customers in a professional and friendly manner upon entrance into the dealership.
- Reviews dealership calendar daily to be aware of scheduled appointments and deliveries; generates floor activity reports.
- Provides customer service, which may include greeting and directing customers, obtaining contact information, and documenting vehicle mileage.
- Ensures timely and accurate recording of customer and floor traffic information into daily log.
- Answers incoming phone calls and directs calls or relays messages to appropriate parties.
- Maintains professional appearance of showroom and work area.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service, receptionist, and/or clerical experience.
- Must be able to type 35 wpm.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Dedication to customer service excellence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Must be able to work Saturdays from 9:00am - 6:00pm and Sundays from 10:00am - 4:00pm.
