Job DescriptionBase Pay: $3,500/month plus bonuses Summary:Ken Grody Ford Redlands is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Automotive Customer Relations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer relationships, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all customers.Onsite Position only - NO REMOTE WORKResponsibilities:
  • Implement customer relations strategies to improve customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with sales and service teams to address customer needs
  • Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as needed
  • Ensure customer follow-ups are done through all media types (mail/email/phone/text)
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in customer relations or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends and best practices
