Position Overview:

As an Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will be a key point of contact for our clients, providing timely and accurate information while ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities:

Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.

Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and renewals.

Investigate and resolve customer issues or concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
