Customer Relations RepresentativeModern Hyundai of ConcordOur dealership is currently searching for a Customer Relations Representative. You will play an important role in the smooth and friendly guest experience at our store. If you're an outgoing person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment, then we're looking for you!
What You'll Do:- Assist customers by answering questions
- Ensure customers' needs are met in a timely manner
- Provide top-notch customer service throughout the entire dealership when needed
- Effectively communicate between customers and dealership personnel
What We're Looking For:- Demonstrated customer service and attention to detail
- Experience in a retail environment
- Good listener and communicator
- Pleasant, friendly attitude
- Willingness to learn and succeed
- Positive promotor of dealership and brand(s)
Requirements
- High school graduate or GED equivalent
- Prior retail customer service
- Prior retail automotive experience preferred but not required
