Position: Customer Relations RepresentativeLocation: Indianapolis, INCompensation: $40,000 - $45,000 base salary plus commissions (higher end for candidates with prior financial services sales experience)About Us: At Elizabeth Marshall - State Farm, we are dedicated to providing exceptional insurance services to our clients. This role focuses on inside sales, working with existing clients and leads rather than cold calling. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to engage in proactive conversations to drive sales within our existing book of business.Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with existing clients and leads to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct proactive conversations with clients to identify opportunities for additional coverage and cross-selling.
  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions are accurately recorded and nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay current with industry trends and regulations.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the financial services or insurance industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be fully licensed at start date or obtain required licenses within the first 30 days of employment.
