Position Overview:Warren Hodges State Farm Insurance is seeking a dynamic, creative, and proficient Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our presence across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms. This role can be full-time or part-time, depending on the candidates availability.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, create, and manage engaging content for our social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Execute strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and community interaction
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across platforms
- Track social media performance through analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with the team to align content with company goals and marketing objectives
- Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep content fresh and innovative
- Assist in creating digital marketing campaigns, including promotions, contests, and paid advertising
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing social media platforms
- Proficient in creating and editing engaging multimedia content (images, videos, etc.)
- Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and tools for scheduling and reporting (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of insurance industry marketing is a plus but not required
