The Customer Relations Specialist maintains direct contact with patients on a daily basis and performs in-person and telephone reception for the office, verify insurance eligibility and benefits, responsible for handling cash, and balancing assigned cash bag. This position possesses excellent and empathetic service skills, maintains composure in difficult situations, and has general knowledge of office operations. This is a full-time, benefit eligible position. The schedule is Monday - Friday 9:30am-6:00pm.
