**Qualifications**

* Customer service experience in a professional environment
* Excellent communication, decision making, persuasion and problem resolution skills
* Experience working for a fast-paced, goal oriented and team based structured environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Billingual is a plus
