Akkodis is seeking a CRM Manager for a Contract position with a client in New York, NY (Hybrid Model). Ideally, we are looking for applicants with a solid background CRM Manager and extensive experience with CRM, Direct to Consumer, Digital Marketing & MS Office.

Pay Range: $63to $68/hour. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Required Qualifications:

• College Degree
• 8-10 years in a direct-to-consumer CRM role
• Experience in a direct-to-consumer business required.
• Experience developing or running a brand loyalty program
• Related work experience which demonstrates an understanding of and skill in the confluence of brand management and direct-to-consumer marketing principles
• Expert knowledge and skill with data, data management, data activation and analytics, particularly as it relates to CRM and consumer data
• Demonstrated strength in communication and influencing skills; not only written and verbal, but also in the engagement of internal and external business partners
• Ability effectively analyze and translate data into actionable business plans
• Highly collaborative across different stakeholders in a matrixed environment
• Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills
• Open to new ideas with thirst for innovation
• Self-motivated, results and solution oriented, strategic thinker.
