Role Overview:
We are seeking a HubSpot Analyst to manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM. You'll support marketing, sales, and customer success teams by maintaining data accuracy, automating workflows, and providing actionable insights through reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automation, and integrations.
- Please make sure data is accurate and optimize lead management.
- Generate and analyze HubSpot reports for key metrics.
- Support marketing campaigns and lead nurturing programs.
- Provide training and support on HubSpot best practices.
- Improve platform effectiveness based on data insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of HubSpot CRM experience.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM integrations and reporting.
Preferred:
- HubSpot certifications.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
