Closer to a data entry position that supports the customer service team.Provide premium customer service experience through professional, timely, and accurate communication and a proactive approach.Answer in- coming emails and calls from customer service team, account team members, and internal partners.Ensure orders are accurately received and maintain them for delivery in line with customer expectations.Proactively address issues through problem-solving, collaboration, and escalation.Required 1+ years of SAP/CRP KnowledgeMicrosoft Outlook, Excel (medium to high understanding), PowerPoint preferredBusiness Intelligence (BI) System experience nice to haveOrder Book management nice to haveTypically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 0-1 years directly relevant work experience
