What you will do As a customer service administrator, you interface directly with our customers. This position plays a pivotal role in helping support excellent customer service, customer retention and new customer acquisition. You will be the main point of contact covering inbound and outbound service-related calls and performing administrative functions ensuring excellent levels of customer service, quality, efficiency and accuracy in all you do.Primary Responsibilities
  • Verifies orders for accuracy and compliance.
  • Data entry of orders and price quotations.
  • Maintain accurate records of quotations, orders, status and other customer communication.
  • Review, contractual requirements and ensure internal flow down of requirements.
  • Troubleshoots, analyzes, and remedies customer problems within established guidelines.
  • Verify accuracy of written agreements.
  • Acts as liaison between customer and Korry, ensuring Korry's best interest.
  • Ensures accurate order entry in compliance with customer requirements and agreements.
  • Retains accurate customer files.
  • Obtains and submits customer requested information.
  • Submits engineering support requests for review.
  • Coordinates booking/shipping schedules with Production Schedulers
  • Coordinates customer communication with responsible Regional Sales Manager
  • Maintain the highest ethical standards, even when challenged from above.
Education and Experience
  • High school education or equivalent
  • 3+ years Customer Service experience
  • Data entry experience preferably in a manufacturing environment (MRP), MS Office competency
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal communicator
  • Be personable and attentive
Salary Range Please note the typical hiring range is $28.00 - $42.00 hourly. Job offers within the range are based on significant job qualifications and pay equity.
