**Job Summary:**

The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for supporting sales success by performing operational and administrative activities for assigned Customer Account Managers and customers. This includes either pre-award or post-award activities. The Customer Service Administrator acts as a customer liaison regarding quotes, purchases, order status, data entry and maintaining files.

**Essential Functions:**

+ Provide follow up and support to the Customer Account Manager.

+ Prepare quotations for assigned customers.

+ Review, interpret and enter data into internal databases, ERP or CRM tools.

+ Issue credit memos and return material authorizations.

+ Provide order status to customers.

+ Ensure export license compliance.

+ Log sales information with few errors

+ Escalate issues as needed

+ Improve the sales process

+ Any other task assigned by supervisor or management

**Non-Essential Functions:**

+ Provide order acknowledgements to customers

+ Manage internal reviews of Specifications, Terms and Conditions, QAPs and FARs

+ Provide reports and metrics as required

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Experience: 2+ years of inside sales administration experience in a manufacturing environment

+ Knowledge: Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle); Knowledge of CRM tools; Strong understanding of sales process and operations

+ Skills/Abilities: Ability to follow department processes and work flow; Ability to work collaboratively with employees within department and across functions; Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot customer issues; Demonstrated ability to convey information and analysis clearly as needed to customers; Demonstrated outstanding organizational skills; Demonstrated ability to solve routine to moderately complex problems; Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word and Excel); Customer friendly and responsive with a view to providing customer satisfaction; Strong communication skills including phone and email

+ Education/Certification: Associate's degree preferred. High school diploma or GED required.

+ **Eligibility Requirement:** This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government. Additionally, as a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Applicants selected could be subject to a Government security investigation and must meet the eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
