Overview
The Customer Service Administrator is responsible for providing a high level of service to Big O Tires customers. Responsibilities include greeting customers, receiving payments, entering inventory, ordering and receiving parts and tires, completing bank deposits, and completing Purchase (P-Card) reconciliation.

Responsibilities
* Consistently and courteously greet and thank each customer
* Answer phones and satisfy routine requests courteously
* Invoice customers out with full customer information; Name, Phone Number, Email, and Address
* Receive invoices from vendors into Navex and assist in P-Card reconciliation
* Ensure that customer payments are completed accurately and applied to the correct account
* Conduct efficient and accurate sales transactions
* Notify supervisor of any sales, cash or operating discrepancies
* Assist with sales as directed by manager
* Prepare and deliver bank deposits.
* Execute all company programs, policies, and procedures as requested
* Attend weekly store meetings to review safety issues, store policies, procedures, and product information changes as required
* Monitor customer service area and host waiting customers
* Build effective relationships with customers and store staff and motivate employees to deliver positive customer experiences to the customers
* Aid in keeping show room, restrooms, and checkout areas clean and stocked
* Complete all required training in a timely manner
* Adhere to all local, state and federal regulations concerning all facets of job responsibilities and duties, and store operations
* Follow posted work schedule and adhere to proper clocking procedures to accurately reflect hours worked
* Maintain timely and professional communication with management, employees, vendors and customers
* Keep supervisor informed of any maintenance problems and/or any issues that need attention
* Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* At least 18 years of age
* Some travel required for training
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for bank deposits
* Basic understanding of accounting principles
* Ability to consistently operate a computer and other office productivity machinery including Microsoft Office products
* Capability to learn new concepts and use technical materials
* Ability to perform mathematical calculations in order to make change, complete reports, and account for products
* Ability to visually observe and inspect items and work environment for regular job responsibilities and safety concerns
* Physical ability to remain in a stationary position (standing and/or sitting) for up to nine hours per shift
* Physical ability to move and position self to move and retrieve products and supplies from shelves under counters or stacks of inventory weighing up to 50 pounds
* Ability and willingness to work with hazardous materials
* Ability to exchange accurate information verbally and in written form with the customers of MFA Oil in English
* Ability to meet company requirements including successful pre-employment drug screening, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and criminal background check
* Legal authorization to work in the United States of America
