Adecco is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented **Customer Support Representative** to join our clients dynamic team. As a key member of this customer service department, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to rental and service customers.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Coordinate product returns and assist customers with service order forms
+ Communicate effectively with technicians and prioritize service orders
+ Provide clear and concise updates to customers on service diagnoses and repairs
+ Discuss repair options, upsell opportunities, and service contracts
+ Follow up on open service orders to ensure customer satisfaction
+ Maintain accurate customer accounts and facilitate communication with Finance
+ Identify process improvement opportunities and collaborate with the team
+ Assist international service teams as needed
**Qualifications:**
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Passion for providing exceptional customer service
+ Ability to work effectively with diverse teams
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office
+ Bachelor's degree preferred
+ 2+ years of experience in customer service or support

**Pay Details:** $22.00 to $31.00 per hour
