** Vacancy Customer Service Advisor**
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our newly created Customer Services Hub, based at our Westbury site in Wiltshire.

Have the confidence to speak to customers and relay information

**About the role**
Answer all incoming calls
Provide updates to the customer via telephone and email
Set up details on internal system
Arrange appointments for customers to visit relevant site for estimate
Liaise with sites on queries and appointments
Maximise awareness of using MG Cannon benefits to customers (full training on awareness will be given)
Instil confidence in the customer be demonstrating product and system knowledge
