Your primary responsibilities will involve engaging with clients, providing information about our products and services, and scheduling sales appointments. Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and schedule sales appointments
- Respond promptly to inquiries via internet, phone, and live chat using email, scripts, and templates
- Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources
- Present initial financing options based on customer needs
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or who do not show up
- Actively participate in team and process development sessions, fostering positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management
- Utilize CRM tracking system daily
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience in at least one role
- Excellent team player with a collaborative attitude and a drive for improvement
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Strong computer skills
- Valid driver's license
