Position Title: Customer Service Agent
Job Duties:
- Follow up with recent customers to assess satisfaction and schedule callbacks with service managers if needed
- Answer incoming calls for appointment scheduling and customer inquiries
- Provide accurate cost and time estimates for repairs and maintenance
- Document calls appropriately
- Address customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
Additional Information:
- Pay Range: $18-$20/hr (depending on experience) + BONUS
- BONUS = reps make an extra $2-$3 per hour, paid monthly on an incentive basis … around $400-$500 monthly (based on email capture rate, call volume, achievements, etc.)
- Hours: This opening with have rotating Saturdays
- Tues- Friday 9:30-6pm and Saturday 7:30am-4pm (off Sunday and Monday)
- Mon-Friday 9:30-6pm when not working on Saturday ( Saturday and Sunday)
- Training will be Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm for the first 3 weeks
- Location: In-office, White Bear Lake
