Overview

The Pay Range: $25 an hour

Responsibilities
* Handle inbound leads (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contact
* Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
* Develop pipeline of sales and business opportunity (partnerships, etc.) leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals
* Work with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques
* Assist with meeting and greeting service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner.
* Engage with customers waiting for their vehicles in the customer lounge.
* Liaison between the service and sales department.
* Oversee customer contact reports and make calls for follow up.
* Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company's vision, mission and values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Great attitude with high-energy personality.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Professional appearance and work ethic.
* Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
* Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
* Valid driver license.
