**Customer Service Agent**
**Location:** South Chesterfield, VA, US, 23803 **Job Title:** Customer Service Agent **Location:** South Chesterfield, VA * Processes orders and warranty claims from customers, distributors, outside sales, field service representatives into the ERP system
* Investigates parts needed by customers, reviews order and ensures that the order is complete and correct
* Sends out acknowledgments to distributors, outside sales, field service representatives
* Maintains constant contact/communication with customers and responds to customer related inquiries and requests
* Acts as liaison between customers and other internal departments
* Advises the Engineering team of corrections need on Bills of Material, Templates or other literature
* Recognizes, documents, and alerts the management team of trends in customer calls
* Evaluates, reports and collaborates to reduce defects in KPI Metrics through daily management
* Identifies and escalates Customer Service issues to leadership
* Other duties as assigned
* Willingness to go above and beyond for the customer to ensure a premium experience.
* Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
* Experience working in Call Center, Customer Service or an Administrative role is a plus.
* Knowledge of Hillphoenix products and parts.
* Experience with AS400 is a plus
* Experience with Salesforce or other Ticketing System
