Job description: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our Customer Service team as Entry-Level Customer Service Agents. Key Responsibilities:
- Heavy phone work.
- Schedule service tickets.
- Trouble shoot residential and commercial alarms.
- Corresponding with other departments to solve escalated issues.
