The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service toour clients by handling inquiries, processing policy changes, and offering support for various property and casualty insurance products. There will be a heavy focus on customer retention, by calling customers with overdue bills, onboarding new customers and helping sales make sure all new business documents are received. Plus calling customers at renewals to help retain them as customers. We work with several major insurance companies.Full Time Hours On Site in Doylestown. Occasional Overtime Available.What You'll Do* Client Interaction:* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.* Provide detailed information about property and casualty insurance policies.* Assist clients in understanding their coverage, policy terms, and exclusions.* Policy Management:* Process policy changes, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements.* Assist clients with claims reporting and provide follow-up on claims status.* Review client accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.* Sales Support:* Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell additional coverage or services.* Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth policy issuance and client onboarding.* Provide quotes for potential customers and explain the benefits of various coverage options.* Documentation & Compliance:* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions.* Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and state laws.* Prepare and submit required reports to management as needed.* Problem Resolution:* Address and resolve client concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.* Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as necessary.What We Offer* Medical/Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, and Cancer Insurance* Pet Insurance* Company-matching 401(k) plan up to 8% of salary* Opportunity to be promoted at 25 different dealerships* Save money with friends and family discounts* Membership to our exclusive Auto rewards Program* Never work Sundays!* Community discounts at over 150 vendors* Referral Program* Parental Leave* Volunteer Time Off* Long Term Job Security - We've been in business for 49 years and we're still growing!What You'll Need* Education:*
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.* Experience:*
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry.* Familiarity with property and casualty insurance products is strongly preferred.* Experience with EZLynx, Travelers, Progressive, NatGen, Liberty Mutual/Safeco is preferred but not required.* Skills:*
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.* Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Licenses & Certifications:*
