Our team is currently looking for a Customer Service Agent for a client in the Oil and Gas industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Respond to incoming phone calls from industry partners.
Help users reset passwords and related application activity.
Answer questions from industry partners about the program equipment and supplies
Reviewing invoices and payment history with industry partners.
QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS):
Education:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience:
Good verbal communication.
Cheerful and helpful attitude.
Dependable and punctual engagement.
Data entry skills.
Ability to manage multiple screens during a call.
Experience working with tablet software.
Experience with printer hardware
