Description: We are seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our customers and helping them troubleshoot any issues they may be experiencing with their solar systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring our customers are satisfied with their solar systems and the services we provide. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat.
