TeePublic, the worlds fastest growing community of independent artists & designers is seeking an ambitious, well-rounded full-time Customer Service Representative for the holiday season. TeePublic was founded in 2013 by the team at BustedTees, already a leader in the online t-shirt space, with the mission to create the perfect environment for artists to interact, design and sell their work.

TeePublic is looking for a talented seasonal customer service representative to join its remote team. You'll ensure that customers receive outstanding service by resolving day-to-day issues and easing their pre-Holiday anxieties. The position begins in November and runs for 2 months.

About the Position:

Youll be offering help via email and live chat to provide on-brand, personable support for...

* Transactional inquiries, like promo code and payment questions

* Changes to orders, like cancellations or address changes

* Issues around shipping and delivery, like tracking late and lost orders

* Exchange requests, like size and style exchanges

Additional Requirements:

* Must reside in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Texas

* Experience using Zendesk (or comparable CRM tool) a big plus.

* Previous customer service experience.

* Access to a distraction free work space.

* Available for remote training the weeks of November 1st or November 15th.
