We are looking for a Customer Service and Order Processing Specialist.BrandSafway offers a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance along with a generous 401k plan. Salary range for this position is $55-$65k annually. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.Key Responsibilities:Review order submittal packages for complete and accurate informationCoordinate with procurement and manufacturing to determine lead times and communicate scheduling information with operations, sales, and clients.Daily processing of work order with job travelers, production schedule updates, and maintenance of work order revisionsReview all work orders and job travelers for accuracy of information.Provide information/feedback on work orders for clarification.Ability to work independently and with co-workers.Ability to prioritize work objectives and meet deadlines.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent2 plus years in manufacturing customer service / order processingStrong computer skills including Microsoft Office and TeamsExcellent attention to detail and good time management skillsExperience using EPICOR or other ERP/MRP system is required.Good communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to sit at desk for extended periods of time.About Us:A leading provider of access, specialized services to the global industrial, commercial and infrastructure markets, BrandSafway delivers access and scaffolding systems, forming and shoring, industrial services and related solutions to more than 30,000 customers worldwide.
