Overview
The Judge Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team to deliver top-notch customer experiences. The Customer Service Assistant will be the point of contact providing professional and accurate customer service via phone and email with a commitment to resolving customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
Customer Service Portal Tickets
* Reviews tickets received daily and assesses each ticket
* Resolves and closes tickets that are able to be resolved
* Assigns tickets to other departments if ticket cannot be answered by Customer Service or further information is needed
* Coordinates with outside departments if tickets are outstanding and escalating high priority tickets to proper department Management
* Develop a strong working knowledge of Judge employees and departments
Customer Service Phone Calls
* Creates a new ticket in the portal for each phone call
* Assesses and addresses each situation in real time and provides follow up if necessary
* Consistently available during business hours to answer phone calls and providing backup when available
* Backup to Reception team to provide coverage when needed
Escalating High Priority Tickets
* Escalates urgent tickets to be handled quickly
* Contacts departments for immediate answer to inquires
* Acts to ensure tickets are resolved
Payroll Department
* Assist in providing resolutions to Payroll Department related tickets
* Coordinates with payroll department on incorrect timecards and how to adjust/process
* Access internal database information for documentation purposes when adjustments are made
* Resolving issues with UKG employee account information
Qualifications
* At minimum, High School diploma associate degree preferred
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Proven customer support experience or experience as as client service representative
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
