- Greets and directs visitors.
- Answers telephones and directs callers to the appropriate team member.
- Schedules clients' appointments.
- Assists in ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
- Assists with other related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and collating.
- Ensure vendor log is completed as needed.
- Contact clients referred by funding agencies and explain service, follow-up, etc.
- Assists with client registrations, answers job board questions, and assists with resumes and computer support.
- Receives referrals from different community agencies.
- Ensures clients are enrolled in case management system.
- Creates participants orientation folders, assists with intake process, and follows up with clients.
- Notifies clients of start dates and provides information clients need for start dates and training.
