Position Summary:

Provide customer service oversight functions for the direct care personnel assuring the quality, continuity and delivery of services. Scheduling functions includes coordinating the assignment of employees to patients based on the needs of the patient and the qualifications of the employee. Responsible for the timely input of schedule related information into the computer system. Experience in scheduling, high volume phone traffic, great costumer service, logistics or collections preferred.
