Sales Associate Responsibilities:- Accurately present and demonstrate features and benefits of dealership vehicles- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients via email, phone, internet requests, and other lead sources- Present pricing options and negotiate pricing- Provide a high level of customer service before and after the sale- Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner- Invest time in continuous product knowledge training
