**YOUR LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE**

In this customer service/office role for our electrical, heating, and cooling company, you are an invaluable member of our office team. You are tasked with managing a high volume of incoming phone calls. Listening carefully, you identify and assess our customers' needs and then provide them with accurate information to help resolve their concerns. As you interact, you enter a detailed record of the phone call into our customer relationship management (CRM) database. You also process and file any documents related to the call. Your day at the office is busy, but you are a hard worker who loves the challenge of solving people's problems.

Occasionally, a call involves a difficult situation. You answer with calm reassurance and offer appropriate solutions and alternatives. During follow-up with our customers, you ensure that the issue has been resolved. Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us. By going the extra mile, you assure our customers that they can trust our company with even their toughest electrical, heating, and cooling challenges. You're good at your CSR job and seeing that our customers are happy makes you happy, too!

**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Experience in customer service

* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

* Ability to pass a background check and drug test upon hire
