Responsibilities •Field inbound calls and schedule appointments, intercept payments, and troubleshoot accounts. •Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and collect payments. •Ensure customer account information is up-to-date. •Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been asked. •Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person. •Schedule pest control services and coordinate appointments with customers. •Provide information about our pest control services, pricing, and procedures. •Address customer concerns or issues with empathy and professionalism. •Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. •Collaborate with the pest control team to ensure efficient service delivery. •Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs. •Stay informed about pest control industry trends and company offerings. •Reply to incoming calls from customers including products and service questions, general information, and complaints •Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations and bring them higher up, if necessary •Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company •Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge •Ensure customer account information is up-to-date Qualifications •Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. •Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor. •Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. •Proficient computer skills for data entry and utilizing customer management systems. •Be willing to train on pest control services and products (training provided). •Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus. •Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills •Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction •Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent
