Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to assist our client's Rochester location! Pay Rate: $19/hr Contract length: 4+ months Location: Henrietta Shift: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handles inbound calls and follow up about Property and Casualty Insurance policy questions/ inquiries.
- Partners with team, insurance carriers, or other stakeholders.
- Provides education on products, policies & procedures, or insurance guidelines & state regulations
- Escalates tasks or documentation to other teams
- Develops and maintains a basic working knowledge of products
- Documents all interactions, performs data entry, maintains strong prioritization and organization
