is an Atlanta based bakery that has been delivering specially baked cakes and treats both locally and across the country. Today we have 9 retail locations and continue to grow! We're looking for customer services associates who enjoy helping customers and who can create WOW experience for our customers.
**If you:**
* Have a passion for people and cake
* Have strong written and verbal communication skills
* Have at least 6 months of customer service experience
* Have basic computer knowledge, including typing skills
* Love having fun

**Job Duties:**
* Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times
* Respond promptly to customer inquiries
* Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
* Process orders and requests
* Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
* Completes assigned duties within scheduled shift
