Job Description:
Coton Colors is currently seeking a Customer Service Associate for our Corporate Office & Design Center, located in Tallahassee, FL.JOB OVERVIEW:Primary point of contact for all incoming communication at the Coton Colors Company Corporate Office. This includes general administrative work, proactive customer touch points, customer service and coordination with multiple functions Responsible for managing the relationships with our retail eCommerce and in-store customers. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (but are not limited to):
  • Responsible for all incoming communication
  • Serve as the main point of contact for our retail customers and Flagship Store locations
  • Provides customer communication via all channels - In person, phone, LiveChat, email, fax and company systems and websites
  • Must be able to handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously, ensuring timely responses while maintaining quality communication.
  • Executes Account Management for all retail customers and Flagship stores, including
    • Customer Account Information
    • Order Maintenance
    • Data Management and Reporting
    • Log customer inquiries and interactions into the company's system for future reference or follow-up
  • Delivers excellent customer service and development to include:
    • Order information, placement and inquiries
    • Customer communication regarding promotion rules and regulations
    • Product information
    • Shipping information and coordination
    • Problem resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Proactively execute and strategize customer touchpoints to KEEP and GROW our customers while driving sales
  • Assists with E-Commerce planning and execution
  • Assist with front desk duties such as greeting visitors or answering internal office calls
REQUIREMENTS
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service and/or sales field, retail a plus
  • Experience with Shopify, Netsuite, and Microsoft Office preferred
  • The ideal candidate is someone who excels at communication, can multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and is available to support our team during peak business periods, including holidays.
