Job OverviewAs a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and issue resolution while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Responsibilities- Interact with customers in a courteous and friendly manner- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a Point of Sale (POS) system- Demonstrate product features and conduct product demonstrations- Provide information about products, services, and promotions- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly- Upsell additional products or services to meet customer needs- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Skills- Proficiency in retail math and basic math skills- Experience with cash handling and POS systems- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer personalities- Knowledge of sales techniques and upselling strategies- Ability to supervise or lead a team is a plus- Familiarity with retail sales processes- Capability to conduct product demos effectively
