Requirements:

Summary

The Customer Service Associate will interact with the company's customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, providing a higher level of customer support on a specific product or service.

Essential Functions

· Data and order processing by maintaining customers' accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.

· Effectively receives, processes, and monitors customer orders from inception to delivery while working and communicating with production, shipping, purchasing, and transportation.

· Performs a variety of duties including the entry and processing of orders, cancellations, modifications.

· Ensures that customer orders are accurate and up to date at all times.

· Provide excellent customer service.

· Appropriately communicate with customers via email and phone to provide support and information on productions and shipping schedules.

· Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' issues and concerns.

· Sales and marketing support.

· Route customer shipments in appropriate customer portal.

· Communicate with end consumers via phone and email regarding product questions and concerns.

· Provide timely and accurate information to Customer regarding their order status.

· Strong administrative and customer service skills.

· Other duties as assigned.

Expected Hours of Work

· Days and hours are Monday – Friday; 8 AM – 5:00 PM

· Overtime as needed

Required Education and Experience

· High School Diploma or General Education Degree

· One year of Customer Service and/or office/clerical/administrative support experience

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to multi-task

· Good organizational and time management skills

Preferred Education and Experience

· Customer Service Experience, 2+ years preferred

· Netsuite Experience a plus

· College Degree a plus
