Job Summary/ObjectiveSupply inventory management; ordering and maintaining par levels at each service hub.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities

  • Order & restock supplies
  • Maintain inventory management
  • Check & verify printers are in working order and restock with paper
  • Check & maintain office equipment
  • Meet & escort service vendors
  • Submit service work orders as needed
  • Minor invoice processing
  • Assisting client service staff
  • Performs acceptable volume of work in timely, efficient and accurate manner and in order of scheduled priorities to meet or exceed client expectations of processing schedule
  • Performs verification duties as required
  • Demonstrates high levels of safety awareness and notifies supervisor of potential hazards
  • Follows the security and privacy policies, standards and guidelines in order to protect the informational assets of both the company and their customers
  • Performs other duties as required; cross trained in other functions; mailroom duties
  • Repetitive motion is required: may require twisting/bending
  • Required to stand, walk, simple grasp, reach with hands and arms

Qualifications

  • H.S. diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Repetitive motion is required; may require twisting/bending/climbing
  • May lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.

  • Office environment
  • MS Skills
  • Communicate efficiently and professionally verbally and electronically
  • Flexibility in case coverage is needed as a backup

The pay range for this position is $19.00-22.00 per hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
