Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Process each step to move a sale from order to delivery, including processing customer payments
- Communicate with customers through phone, e-mail, and chat
- Manage multiple inbound/outbound phone lines
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
- Create, implement, and understand product promotions
- Attend sales training and educational programs for professional development
- Perform daily tasks based on assigned work plan
- Support other departments and functions, as needed
+ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and critical-thinking skills required
+ strong decision-making and analytical skills with high attention to detail
+ Technical proficiency, specifically with Microsoft Windows and Office suite
+ Minimum 2 years customer service experience required
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Schedule flexibility to include weekends, evenings, and occasional overtime
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Ability to handle conflict, resolve problems, and provide feedback in a professional manner
+ Ability to take initiative, work independently, and make decisions
+ Must maintain professional appearance - business casual (i.e., khakis and polo)
