Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for an exceptional person to fill a key customer service position within our call center. Santa Barbara Auto Group represents 7 Premium Brands in Santa Barbara. We strive to provide a World Class Experience to our clients at each opportunity.

Automotive experience a plus, but not necessary. This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Requirements:

We are looking for a person with the following qualifications:•Front line customer service experience•Exceptional telephone communication skills•Ability to multi-task and handle multiple responsibilities•Direct customer contact experience with problem resolution skills•Ability to interact with multiple department managers•Excellent written communication skills•Extremely PC / IT literate•Wants the ability to grow with our business
