Job Description

Summary:Apply below after reading through all the details and supporting information regarding this job opportunity.The Service BDC Agent is responsible for generating service appointments with customers that contact the dealership via the internet to schedule or inquire about service repairs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a premium customer experience by responding to customer inquiries in a prompt, professional, accurate and courteous manner.
  • Use lead management tools, CRM software and the internet to manage inquiry flow, update customer files, and closely track customer interest.
  • Promptly and accurately enter all customer inquiry data into the CRM.
  • Generate and schedule service appointments.
  • Compile all necessary reports, forms and other documentation on a timely basis.
  • Will be trained to understand all products and services offered, becoming knowledgeable of inventory as well as financing and incentive programs.
  • Previous experience in either a high-volume call center environment or commission-driven role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills over the phone.
  • Goal-driven to meet and exceed store appointment goals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.
  • OTE (On target earnings): $51,000 - $57,000 / year

The BDC Agent position has a pay scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include base hourly compensation of nineteen dollars an hour. The position may also pay commission compensation based on the value or number of closed sales achieved from $0.00 (if no sales are made) without any upper limit other than sales performance. The position may also pay a production bonus based on individual or team performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
