Job Description:Orientation and Training Class starting December 3, 2024Gate City Bank is looking for
Customer Service Specialists to work for our
Customer Service (Call) Center in Fargo. This position answers a high volume of incoming calls and provides customer service over the phone regarding information on accounts, rates, products and services. This position also provides support for online banking, debit card, and general account questions. No previous experience required! Every day will be unique. Don't worry - during the 12-week training, your training will give you great knowledge of our products, services and processes, allowing you to build an exciting career at Gate City Bank.
SCHEDULE:This position will work fully in-office for the training period. This position will work fully in-office for the training period. Hybrid/remote opportunities are available after the 12 week training period concludes.his team member will work shifts between 7:30a-1pm M-F and every other Saturday between 9a-5:30p.This is a great position for someone who:
