**Job Overview:**

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in managing customer accounts, addressing inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations by coordinating services and scheduling. You'll collaborate with internal teams to provide proactive support and assist customers with billing, payments, and product/service inquiries.

**Shift & Hours:**

+ Full-time position temp to perm position

+ Flexible scheduling options may be available

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Manage customer accounts, ensuring regular updates and maintenance

+ Process customer payments and provide accurate billing information

+ Address customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email

+ Schedule services and coordinate with operations teams for efficient execution

+ Handle outbound calls to promote services, schedule maintenance, or follow up on collections

+ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolve any complaints

+ Assist customers with product/service recommendations and upsell when appropriate

**Requirements:**

+ 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales or marketing environment

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

+ Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette

+ Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience with data entry and familiarity with customer service software

**Pay Details:** $20.00 to $21.00 per hour
