Our Growing Retail Furniture Business is hiring qualified, experienced sales professionals for our E-Commerce Team. Responsibilities include:
Perform online sales activities
Schedule daily customer appointments & develop system for follow ups,
Present VFM and merchandise to customers in a professional, pleasant and timely manner,
Communicate with customers through email, by phone, chat, text, messenger app or other online or in-person avenues,
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of VFM products, services and offers,
Drive sales to in-store appointments and visits,
Organize daily work for optimal success,
Maintain up-to-date records of leads and develop (with team) follow up and follow through in a consistent manner,
