West Coast Arborists, Inc. a union company and industry leader in tree maintenance, is hiring experience Customer Service Clerk to work at Stockton office.While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.JOB DESCRIPTIONProvide customer relations and support for a growingmunicipal contractor. Acts as liaison between customers and tree care crews. Provide general support to designated Area Manager and assistance to the Customer Service Representative/Customer Service Manager. WORK HOURS6:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. SALARY RANGEStarting salary is $22.75- up to $24.75 per hour, DOE. REGULAR JOB DUTIESReception – Answers phone by providing customer service.Maintain, organize and update Contract Filing Systems.Facilitate contracting functions: Mapping,Underground Alert, Data Entry, Field book preparation, list preparation, filing, service alerts, public relations, errands, etc.Performs other clerical duties such as: sorting, copying, posting, addressing and stuffing envelopes, etc.May perform other routine duties such as typing of labels, forms, and simple correspondence, perform other duties as required.
