This role will serve as a liaison between our residents, families, and staff to ensure that all needs are met and concerns are addressed. Key Responsibilities:1. *Resident and Family Support*: Provide emotional support, answer questions, and address concerns of residents and families.2. *Customer Service*: Respond to resident and family inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate concerns to management as needed.3. *Communication*: Facilitate open communication between residents, families, and staff to ensure that all needs are met.4. *Concierge Services*: Assist residents and families with various tasks, such as scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and providing information on community resources.5. *Feedback and Concerns*: Collect feedback and concerns from residents and families, and report them to management for quality improvement initiatives.6. *Community Outreach*: Develop relationships with local businesses, organizations, and healthcare providers to promote our facility and services.7. *Event Planning*: Assist with planning and coordinating events, activities, and educational programs for residents, families, and staff. Requirements:1. *Education*: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality with nursing home experience preferred. 2. *Experience*: Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare.3. *Skills*: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.4. *Certifications*: Certification in customer service or related field preferred.
