This position will be pivotal in supporting our Sales team, Customer Service, and CEO. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, experience in the manufacturing sector, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Required Skills/Abilities:MS Office proficiency. Most customer and internal communications are done via email in OutlookAccurate data entry and typing skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate and build customer and internal relationshipsStrong analytical and troubleshooting skillsResponsibilities:Customer Service:Ensure orders (manual and EDI) are processed with proper pricing and promotions – coordinate with Finance as neededReview shortage report and production schedule – communicate with customers and coordinate order changes with 3 rdparty warehouses and the internal Logistics teamTrack and manage shipments to customers to ensure on-time deliveryReply to customer requests promptly, including pricing, specs or POS, shipment tracking, invoice copies, etc.Coordinate with other departments, such as Purchasing and Quality Assurance, to complete projects and requestsSales Support:Complete new items or new customer paperwork as neededCommunicate special pricing schedules to Finance and distributor(s)Other job duties as assignedEducation/Experience:Bachelor's Degree. preferredExperience in a Food/Beverage Manufacturing environment preferredCompensation details:25-30 Hourly WagePI3e1b6750fabf-35216-#######0
