The Customer Service Coordinator is the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals requesting assistance while using the app. In this role, you will help resolve issues, relay needs to relevant teams, and identify areas for improvement, ensuring that the StaffDNA experience is as easy and efficient as possible.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage inquires from the digital marketplace app via phone call, email, and text
  • Resolve issues regarding job postings, technical difficulties, & submittal statuses
  • Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
  • Prepare, submit, and track daily reports
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications and other documents as requested with attention to detail
  • Successfully communicate with clients and other internal + external departments as needed
  • Work cooperatively with the corporate support team, in positive partnership to support each other smoothly

Your Qualifications:

  • Proven administrative skills with at least 3+ years working experience
  • Interested in developing and building a Customer Service Team
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Adobe.
  • Proven experience managing and scheduling meetings in Outlook
  • Ability to consistently report to work on time prepared to perform duties of the position
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
