Contract Duration: (December 2nd - May 2nd)

Location: Concord Twp., Ohio (Conveniently located near Auburn Rd. and the Route 44 / Interstate 90 intersection)

POSITION OVERVIEW: CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

AS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR, YOU WILL:

* You will play a vital role in managing internal and external inquiries. You will also manage and coordinate customer-related activities such as order entry, expediting, and report generation.

* Communication with customers, and the sales force, and resolving issues by coordinating with other departments.

* Support the Customer Service Manager by preparing reports and handling customer-related administrative tasks.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Make outbound calls and receive incoming calls to/from customers, vendors, and internal partners while maintaining professionalism and courteous communication.

* Keeps records of customer interactions and transactions, details of inquiries, issues, comments, and actions taken.

* Accurately manage the order input process as it relates to price, terms of sale, product, quantity, ship to, sold to and customer's special instructions.

* Keep customers updated as to their order status if changes occur, in a pro-active manner.

* Other duties, as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

* 1-3 years of customer service experience (manufacturing industry experience is a plus).

* Proficiency in MS Office, email, and phone systems.

* Working knowledge of SAP, Ariba or similar ERP systems preferred.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills, customer-centric, and passionate about service.

* Aptitude for learning new products, systems, and processes quickly.

* Computer savvy (ability to navigate within systems).

* Timeliness and accuracy are essential. Attention to detail is important.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

* Able to sit for extended periods of time.

* Possess manual dexterity to type and handle parts.

* Able to speak clearly and hear.

* Able to walk, stand, stoop and kneel.

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION

* Ability to commute: 7605 Discovery Lane, Concord Twp., Ohio 44077

* Work location: onsite

* Schedule: M-F Full-time or 3-5 days Part-time

* Full time shift: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

* Part-time shift: at least 24 hours per week

* Pay scale based on experience
